Welcome to Kim's website!

Kim began her human resources and management career 16 years ago as a human resources district manager for Jiffy Lube. Overseeing 15 stores and 90 employees in the San Diego area, Kim managed all aspects of training, safety, recruitment, and day-to-day operations.

In 2000, Kim began working for Anonymizer, a small Internet privacy firm that had fewer than 10 employees. During the next six years, Kim designed and developed the human resources department from the ground up as Anonymizer grew to 35 employees.

After leaving Anonymizer, Kim worked for several years at at a highly respected California workers' compensation insurance company as a senior human resources generalist/benefits analyst.

Currently, Kim is the Human Resources Manager for a California-based manufacturing firm that operates world-wide.
