I&#039;m trying to back things up with documents and make a clear,easily understood story that everybody can follow. Most of my readers are HR professionals and they of course immediately see what I&#039;m talking about, but I&#039;ve got to remember that many readers aren&#039;t familiar with all the ins and outs of leaves and all the other facets of human resource issues.
