An email has been circulating around about “death-spiral” states, and of course California made the list. Is California Really the Worst State in Which to Own a Business?
It’s getting harder out here in California every year. Not only is the new governor warning about a $16 billion budget deficit and advocating even higher taxes, it seems our state is considered the worst state in which to have a business.
